Archive Threads does not offer returns or exchanges for any vintage items purchased. Please purchase with care.
We currently offer returns for our own designs within 7 days of purchase.
At this point in time we are unable to provide a refund for any orders, however we are able to offer an exchange or credit note valid for the purchase amount. Credit notes are valid for 3 years after activation.
In order to request a return please contact hello@archive-threads.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then evaluate the request and respond with return instructions.
Please note all item/s must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging for your return to be accepted.
The cost of return must be provided by the consumer, Archive Threads will not reimburse shipping costs.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact hello@archive-threads.com with your order number and an image of the fault.
Shipping
All items will be shipped via Australia post after purchase. If you are in prompt need of you order please contact us at hello@archive-threads.com so we can do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note all postage delays are subject to Australia Post.

Standard Postage - 2 - 5 business days $10
Express Postage - 1-3 business days - $15
International Orders - 6- 27 business days - $25
